What We Believe
Statement of Faith

WE BELIEVE IN:

The Holy Scriptures - as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, (without error) entirely trustworthy and the supreme authority in all matteres of faith and conduct.

Jesus Christ - God manifested in the flesh, His virgin birth,  His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial work, His personal return in power and glory.

The Salvation - of lost and sinful men through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, by faith and not works and regeneration by the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit - by whose indwelling  the believer is enabled to live a holy life to witness and work for the Lord.

The Spiritual Unity - of all those who, having believed in Jesus Christ for their salvation, compose the Church, the Body of Christ, of which He is head.

The Existence of Satan - of whose intent is to supplant God and frustrate His purposes and whose ultimate end is consignment to eternal punishment.

The Bodily Resurrection - of all dead: the believer unto blessedness and the unbeliever unto judgement and everlasting punishment.

In addition to the above mentioned Statement of Faith, we also believe and practice in:

The Laying on of Hands - for the activation of spiritual gifts, for the transference of virtues such as healing and for imparting and sanctioning blessings.

Speaking in Tongues - to build up the inner man,  for direct communication with the Father and for expressions of worship unto God.

The Five-Fold Ministry - of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher as valid ministries today.

The Sacraments - of Baptism by Immersion and of the Lord's Supper (Communion).

The privilege and responsibility of bringing Tithes and Offerings - to the Lord as a part of our obedience and worship unto God.
